FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We’re at 1 Main Street in downtown Burlington, right inside the historic Union Station. If you’re standing by the lake at the bottom of Main Street, you’re in the right place. Look for the entrance — even though there’s no big gym sign (we’re not allowed outdoor signage), just head inside the building. We promise you’re not lost!
Yes — there’s metered street parking nearby (free during some early and late class times), and members can also get a discounted pass to the garage attached to the building. Most people just park out front and use the ParkMobile app.
Yes! We host quarterly adventure film festivals, mobility workshops, and nutrition challenges — plus the occasional community event or local fundraiser. We believe fitness should connect people, not just train them.
Yes. Whether you’re recovering from something or working around chronic pain, our coaches will tailor movements and programming to suit your needs. Many of our personal training clients start here for that exact reason.
It’s a relaxed, no-pressure conversation. We’ll talk about your goals, past experience, and any obstacles you’ve faced. No workouts — just a chance to get to know each other and see what makes sense for you.
Absolutely not! Whether you’re getting back into fitness, recovering from an injury, or just starting out — we’ll meet you where you are.
If you’re joining group classes, you’ll begin with four one-on-one sessions to learn the movements, assess mobility, and build confidence. These are usually completed in 10 days and are led by different coaches so you can get to know the team.
Yes! We have two full locker rooms, six showers, and over 100 lockers — so you can train before work, rinse off, and get on with your day.
Active Aging is our fitness class for adults over 60 — though we’ve got people in their 50s and 70s, too. These sessions focus on strength, mobility, and balance, with coaching that’s fully tailored to each individual.
Our space includes Rogue, Titan, and Concept2 gear, including rowers, bikes, rings, kettlebells, and two 30-foot rigs with 8 squat stations — everything you need for real strength and conditioning, nothing you don’t.
