At ActiveVT, our group fitness classes in Burlington are designed for people who want to feel stronger and move better — without the chaos of a packed gym or the pressure to “keep up.” Every class is capped at just eight members, which means your coach actually has time to coach. You’ll get hands-on support, movement adjustments, and encouragement that’s actually useful — not just someone shouting reps over loud music.

The workouts follow a thoughtful mix of strength training, conditioning, and mobility (CrossFit)— all scalable depending on your experience, fitness level, or how you’re feeling that day. Whether you’re stepping into a gym for the first time or easing back in after a break, we’ll meet you where you’re at.
