This isn’t chair aerobics or watered-down workouts. Our senior fitness classes in Burlington, VT are about building real strength, moving with confidence, and staying active in ways that matter — like hiking, traveling, or just getting up off the floor without thinking twice.

Our Active Aging program is specifically designed for adults over 60 — though we’ve got some folks in their 50s and others well into their 70s. These senior fitness classes in Burlington focus on functional strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility — all the stuff that actually helps you move better and feel more capable in everyday life.

Classes are one hour long and fully coached, with plenty of individual attention. And yes, there’s real lifting involved (don’t worry, you’ll learn how to do it safely). You’ll train in a supportive environment alongside others who value staying active and independent, no matter the number on their birthday cake.
