At ActiveVT, we keep our class schedule simple and flexible — with small-group fitness classes offered throughout the day, Monday to Friday. You’ll find early morning, midday, and evening options designed to work with real-life routines.
Our Active Aging sessions run several times a week for members aged 55+, and personal training sessions are available by appointment.
