You’ve probably heard that strength training is one of the best things you can do for your health. Building and maintaining lean muscle improves bone health, supports a healthy metabolism, reduces the risk of chronic disease, increases energy, improves physical performance, and helps you stay active (and looking good) throughout every stage of life.

But maybe you’ve wondered…

Where do I even begin? Are barbells just for experienced lifters? Am I doing this correctly? How heavy should I lift? Is this movement supposed to feel like that? And maybe, just maybe… will I actually feel like I belong here?

For many members of the LGBTQ+ community, traditional gyms haven’t always felt welcoming or comfortable. Whether you’ve had a negative experience, felt out of place, or simply never found the right environment to get started, you’re not alone.

This course is designed to fix that!

RESERVE YOUR SPOT HERE!

In a small group of LGBTQ+ participants and allies, you’ll learn the fundamentals of strength training in a supportive, coach-led environment where questions are encouraged, progress is celebrated, and every body is respected. Together we’ll build the skills, confidence, and strength to make resistance training a rewarding part of a healthy, active life.
