To process your membership cancellation, we require a 14-day notice; please ensure you submit your request within this timeframe. Refer to your current membership details in Kilo to determine these dates. Cancellation will terminate the renewal of your membership, preventing the next billing (as long as it is before the 2-week notice deadline).
